Hello! We are so excited to help you take your next event to the next level with Portable Paparazzi! We are Ryan and Brayden Rehak, your average Midwestern husbands with a passion for celebrations and events! With combined experience in event planning and execution, we saw a need for event “pizzazz” that was not only high quality - but affordable and accessible to all! After planning and paying for TWO weddings (thanks, Covid…) we understand the desire for making your big event everything you dreamed of without breaking the bank. When not helping others with their events, or planning parties of our own, you can usually find us hanging out at home with our furchild - our lovely little lady Burt Reynolds.

Burt Reynolds
Ryan has been working professionally in events for over a decade. After graduating from Carroll University with a degree in Theatre & Arts Management, he founded Outskirts Theatre, a non-profit theatre company he ran as Artistic Director from 2014 to 2024. He has a wide variety of theatrical experience in acting, directing, playwriting, and producing. Ryan has worked as an event planner for a number of local organizations including Project WisHope, Waukesha Civic Theatre, Wisconsin Philharmonic, The Phoenix, Renaissance Theaterworks, Saving Others for Archie, and more. Ryan is also no stranger to parties and events for kids - after spending five years as Birthday Party Host at Chuck E. Cheese (and a one-season stint as the Easter Bunny at Brookfield Square Mall!)
Brayden’s experience in event planning and execution began at a young age. He spent five years as a Set Up Assistant for ACA Entertainment, setting up events and working with guests at a variety of carnivals, fundraisers, and other celebrations! Nowadays, Brayden’s taken his passion for working with people to the computer screen as he is working on a degree in Front End Web Development at Waukesha County Technical College. He comes with a knack for out-of-the-box ideas and solutions he learned as a Manager at American Science & Surplus, working on some pretty unique events from Krampusnacht to a Solar Eclipse Viewing Party.
